The Blue And Gold Gazette interviewed The Pride Team’s Mrs. Drexler and Mrs. Palamaro  to find out interesting information.  Enjoy our interviews !

  • Question: What inspired you to create the TEAM Tighe theme?

Answer: So we could get the school exited for the year. -Mrs. P.

Answer: Last year we did Tighe Titan Superhero theme and it went really well. The new theme is to bring everyone together and give students the opportunity to work with and get to know students in other grade levels. – Mrs. D.

  • Question: Why did you pick the colors blue, yellow, red, and green?

Answer: They were primary colors and they go well together. -Mrs. P.

Answer: We picked those colors because we were looking for logos and they go together very well. -Mrs. D.

  • Question: Are you going to keep this theme for next year or are you going to change it?

Answer: We decided that we will change it so that we will have a 4th rotating theme next year. -Mrs. P.

Answer: We are going to change it every year. We will have four different years so that every student gets a different theme each year. -Mrs. D.

  • Question: How do you think of the themes for the school year?

Answer: We do ones that build character and include everyone.       -Mrs. P.

Answer: We sit with the team and look at the ideas and then pick the ones that look the most fun. -Mrs. D.  

  • Question: How do you come up the Pride games?

Answer: We look for team building activities online so the teams can bond together. -Mrs. P.

Answer: Dr. Jones looks up ideas for groups and then they pick some out that cool and fun. -Mrs. D

  • Question: Do you have any future plans for Tighe School?

Answer: We will have a 4th rotating theme and LOTS of surprises. We plan to have a FUN and EXCITING years. -Mrs.P.

Answer: The future plans are that we are always talking to make it fun and making the building up-beat and awesome. Some cool stuff is coming up. SUPRISE!!! -Mrs. D.

  • Question: What do you think the future of Tighe School is going to look like?

Answer: We think it will be SUPER GOOD! A place where kids can learn and bond with peers and teachers. There will be a good leader who will help us and guide the way for the students. -Mrs. P.

Answer: It is going to be excellent!!! It is going to be a place where students and teachers love to be and love to learn respect, kindness, and friendship! -Mrs. D.
